In November 2009 the LiDestri family purchased their fifth and largest manufacturing facility, in Rochester, NY. Now on 44 acres of sprawling campus with 625,000 square feet of pristine indoor space, Dundee Spirits is perfectly equipped to produce, bottle, and warehouse alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in various formats. With on-site research and development, we can assist you with the projects from start to finish.
Our plans for 2011 – including an
innovation center and a high speed,
beverage bottling line – will allow for
an even broader spectrum of offerings.

Our state-of-the-art machinery features an explosion-proof
system and covers all requirements demanded by the New York
State Liquor Authority. Our facility is fully bonded and
third-party audited for your peace of mind. And needless
to say, LiDestri Spirits holds a Federal Distilled Wine and
Spirits Permit and a NY State Distiller B1 License.
With the upcoming relocation from Dundee to our new Rochester facility,
we've decided to do business as LiDestri Spirits.

With ample truck and rail access on our properties, we are able to ship and receive bulk, frozen, and liquid materials. You can rest assured that once your product is ready to leave our facility, it will exit with ease.
